MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT – TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GLOBAL)
1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to SEVEN. These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") apply to your membership at any SEVEN Wellness Club worldwide. By registering, accessing our facilities, or using our services, you agree to comply with these T&C and all rules established by SEVEN. These T&C may be updated from time to time. Updates will be made available on our website or via the SEVEN+ app. Your continued use of SEVEN facilities constitutes acceptance of the most current version. All SEVEN Wellness Clubs operate in accordance with the laws of the country in which they are located.
2. OPENING HOURS
Each SEVEN Wellness Club's opening hours are posted on-site and within the SEVEN+ app. These hours may vary and are subject to change at SEVEN’s discretion. Facilities may be closed temporarily for private events, cleaning, maintenance, or repairs. No refund or compensation is provided for temporary closures.
3. ACCESS TO THE CLUB
Access is limited to valid members only. Non-members, including guests, are not permitted unless otherwise stated by the club. Members must use the SEVEN+ app to enter and are responsible for their personal login credentials. Sharing or using another member’s account is strictly prohibited. All members must provide a valid government-issued ID or passport upon registration. Minors must be registered by a parent or guardian. Each member will receive a bracelet for locker access. Replacement fees for lost or damaged bracelets are AED 200 or local equivalent.
4. MINORS
Minors are not permitted to enter the gym area. Supervision by a legal guardian is mandatory at all times in permitted areas. The guardian is financially and legally responsible for the minor’s conduct.
5. MEMBERSHIPS
Membership plans vary by club and location. Each plan defines the services and access levels available. Members agree to abide by these terms and SEVEN’s internal policies. All membership plans include class access except for Basic, Basic Monthly, TSS, and APC. Annual memberships include 28 freeze days per year, manageable through the SEVEN+ app. These freeze days are fixed, non-transferable, and cannot be extended.
6. PERSONAL TRAINING & REFERRALS
Freelance trainers are permitted only with prior approval and certification, under specific plans. SEVEN is not responsible for external agreements between trainers and members. Referral campaigns may offer incentives when a referred friend joins within 48 hours. SEVEN reserves the right to withhold rewards if terms are breached.
7. CLUB RULES
Follow all staff instructions. Mobile phones must be muted. Appropriate workout attire and closed shoes are mandatory. Use a towel when training and clean equipment after use. No smoking, vaping, eating, or drinking (except water) in gym areas. Public nudity is prohibited. Flip-flops and bathing caps are required in spa/pool areas. Proper swimwear must be worn. Diving is not permitted. Members use all equipment at their own risk and are advised to seek assistance when needed. Report injuries or illness to staff immediately. Personal items are the responsibility of the member. SEVEN is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Lockers are for daily use only (except for Platinum lockers). Overnight use is not allowed. Photos/videos of other members without consent are strictly prohibited. Use of phones or cameras in ladies' areas is prohibited. Commercial or religious activities require written approval. SEVEN reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in case of misconduct or policy violations.
8. PARKING
Valet or VIP parking may be available. Keys must be handed to valet staff. Self-parking in valet areas is prohibited without permission. Overnight parking is not allowed. SEVEN is not responsible for vehicle damage or theft.
9. BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
Class and wellness bookings must be canceled:
- Classes: Minimum 12 hours in advance.
- Wellness Services: Minimum 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
10. FEES & PAYMENTS
All fees are inclusive of applicable local taxes. Payment can be made using major credit/debit cards. Members must retain transaction records and ensure account confidentiality. Memberships renew automatically unless a non-renewal request is submitted 14 days prior to renewal. SEVEN reserves the right to modify pricing. Changes will comply with applicable local laws. If payments are missed: Access may be suspended. An admin fee of AED 200 or local equivalent may apply. Accounts over 30 days in arrears may be charged the remaining contract value.
11. DATA PRIVACY

12. HEALTH DECLARATION
By registering, members confirm they are fit for physical activity and take full responsibility for their health. SEVEN is not liable for any pre-existing conditions or injuries arising from undisclosed health issues.
13. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Members understand that the use of gym and wellness facilities involves risks. SEVEN is not responsible for injury, illness, or property loss, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
14. COMPLAINTS
Members may submit any feedback, suggestions, or complaints directly to the club’s front desk or through the contact options available in the SEVEN+ app. We aim to review and respond to all concerns in a timely manner, in accordance with applicable local law.
15. PHOTO & VIDEO USAGE
By entering any SEVEN facility, members acknowledge and accept that photographs or videos may be taken during events or activities. These may be used in SEVEN communications or marketing without individual consent.
16. MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
Each member is permitted to hold only one account under one phone number. Creating alternate accounts or using false information is prohibited and may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
17. REFUNDS AND RE-SUBSCRIPTION
SEVEN does not offer refunds beyond the legal cancellation period applicable in the country where the membership was purchased. In cases where a refund is granted within the legal timeframe, the member will not be permitted to re-subscribe for a period of 1 year from the date of cancellation.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any clause in these Terms is deemed invalid under applicable local law, the remaining clauses shall remain in full effect.
