‍MEMBER CONDUCT
‍Join us in fostering a welcoming, inclusive community. Please be respectful and courteous to members and staff. Be kind and mindful of your noise level.

PARKING
‍Valet parking is bookable through the SEVEN+ app. Make sure to leave your keys with valet staff and follow all parking guidelines. Self-parking and moving barriers are not permitted. Non-compliance may result in revoked Club access.
‍
‍CLASSES, RELAXATION & RECOVERY SERVICES
Book sessions through the app and aim to arrive 10 minutes early. Cancel via the app if you cannot attend. Repeated late cancellations and no-shows may lead to booking suspensions. Please refrain from taking phone calls during classes.
‍
‍EQUIPMENT
‍After use, return equipment and weights to their places. Share equipment with others during busy periods.

‍ATTIRE 
Wear appropriate workout attire and shoes in fitness areas. Nudity is prohibited in Changing Rooms and Spa areas.
‍
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
‍Secure belongings in lockers. Overnight locker use is only allowed for Platinum Lockers. Any unattended items will be treated as lost property.
‍
‍FOOD & DRINK
‍Use re-sealable bottles to stay hydrated. Coffee cups and protein shakes are not allowed in workout areas. When at The Dose, external food is not permitted.

RECORDING DEVICES
‍Respect privacy by not capturing other members in your photos or videos. Professional shoots require prior approval and may incur fees.

TOWELS
‍Towels provided by SEVEN are for use in changing rooms only. Please do not take towels onto the gym floor or workout areas.

SMOKING & SUBSTANCES
‍Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited. SEVEN maintains zero-tolerance for doping and the use of performance-enhancing substances or drugs.

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
‍Members must comply with all membership policies outlined in your contract. Non-compliance may result in revoked membership.
